I ordered at the drive thru and it was a robot. Staff did not talk back. My order was wrong and they wouldn’t fix it. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This McDonald's is one of the more mediocre ones near us. The last time we when in it took about 20 minutes to get a 10 piece chicken nugget, when there were only 3 other customers there. The food was still relative good, but ultimately I was not entirely satisfied. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I did not receive my $5 sandwich that I used reward points to receive. Called the store and they basically said the only thing they can do was get me a sandwich when I come through again. You just have to refund people if mistakes are made. I would be shocked if McDonald's doesn't have a way to do this. Double check orders especially when it's slow like it was when we were there. Price per person: $20–30
