Subway - Shell Knob

For the first time in about a year. Night and day differences with the new management. The bread was actually fresh and pleasant. That's a nice change.

This is the best location I've seen in this franchise. It's hard to come across a Subway that offers such an amazing view of the lake, thanks to its dining room surrounded by tinted windows. Additionally, it has direct access to the lake, allowing boaters to dock right in front of the restaurant. The place is very well managed – always clean and featuring fast, friendly service. The ingredients are fresh and well-maintained. Overall, for a franchise restaurant, this one excels in both quality and atmosphere.

I really enjoy this Subway location. I’m not a fan of hard or crispy bread, and I’ve encountered other Subways that bake their bread too crunchy for my taste. However, the bread here is fluffy and soft, which I appreciate. Plus, the cookies are also nice and soft. I absolutely love this place!

The new server, Kelly, did a great job. She took our orders efficiently, even though we usually place large orders. It was only towards the end, when more customers started arriving, that things became a bit hectic. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
