Update... Manager Gabe took care of us today. He made up for the mess up and then some. Thank you for taking care of the mistake. It's appreciated. 35 minute wait in the drive-thru tonight. No apologies. And to top it all off, we had sour cream and tomatoes in our crunch wrap (though we ordered it without) and I got about 1 strand of chicken on my chicken soft taco. Unacceptable!
I'm really pleased they've reintroduced the Mexican pizza—it's one of my all-time favorites!
We moved to Shelton last weekend, and our team of young movers asked what they wanted for dinner. They all said Taco Bell! We placed a $200 order at 9:00 PM. Not only did they greet us warmly, but the entire order was correct, hot, and the service was incredibly friendly! Thank you, Taco Bell, for feeding our crew in such a wonderful and welcoming manner, making our move a little less stressful! You’re awesome!
The staff were friendly, but the Burrito tasted different than I remember from my childhood.
