Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

The food was decent but this location isn't very clean or well kept. They had ran out of several cup and lid sizes. It took forever for our food to come out. Kinda bummed as we're just stopping by on a road trip and we don't have a Zaxby's by us. Hoped it would be better.

The food is reasonable , better than Mc Donald’s.However, Zaxby’s is way overpriced for a chain establishment. Add another $5 and go to a steak house.

09/08/23 - My order was incorrect twice today. The staff was impatient and rude. This restaurant is poorly managed and chaotic.

Jacob and Mr. Jon are two shining stars at this Zaxby's. I truly appreciate them. They go above and beyond for their customers, ensuring everyone is well taken care of. They refill drinks, clean the tables, and double-check that we receive the correct orders. They are truly wonderful people.

JT is rude at the counter. I asked for a substitute and he simple stated he couldn 't do that. When he rang up my order I asked for the chips as an addition to my order. His reply to me was "I literally just told you we can 't do that. The chips are for catering only. "When in fact he did not say the chips are for catering only he just said we can 't substitute. There were other ppl standing by me and no one heard him say the chips are for catering only. The point is he should never be that rude to anyone, especially a customer. I was not rude to him in any way. His response to my request is completely unacceptable. Even my daughter was taken back by his attitude and rudeness.
