Bidra med feedbackMy total time at the restaurant for lunch was two hours, during which every customer had to wait excessively to be greeted, served, have their orders taken, and receive the bill. As a discerning restaurant patron and frequent visitor, this is not my first negative experience here, and I will not be returning. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
A total of 40 minutes passed before our meals arrived, which was quite excessive for a basic lunch. To make matters worse, the order was incorrect; I didn’t receive the toast I had requested. Thankfully, the food was tasty, so I chose not to make a fuss about it. The menu looked promising, but the service was lacking. On a positive note, the waitress did offer us a discount for the mix-up and the long wait.
My girlfriend and I left the restaurant with severe stomach aches. The staff didn't seem to care about the presentation; the avocado in my girlfriend's dish was half rotten. We had to request another avocado, which also turned out to be half rotten. Additionally, the cook forgot to include the egg that was supposed to be on my plate. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would recommend avoiding this restaurant!
A rather atrocious experience in terms of service! no welcome, it took us 30 minutes before we got our drinks, including a latte that literally tasted like filter coffee with a little milk. Then we received our plates 25 minutes later so it had been almost 1 hour since we were there. When our fruit arrived, it was hot and our potatoes were lukewarm, so they clearly stayed too long on the pass. However, at the A1 kitchen level our plates were well presented. The waitress never came back to see us to see if everything was to our liking, we had to go get her to receive our bills, we told her of our dissatisfaction and we got an OK and she left without clearing our table the whole thing lasted 1:30 which is relatively long for a lunch restaurant.
Horrible takeout order. Reduced portion compared to that in the dining room. No fruit and no baked beans yet well described in the menu. Yet I paid the same price as in the dining room for half a meal. Bacon quality very questionable having been in the dining room they would have returned with it. I feel like I have been a trash can to pass on old food. Never use take-out service. Completely different room experience... too bad
