Dairy Queen - Sheridan

During peak hours of 12:00 pm and 5:00 pm, there can be a lengthy wait for both the drive-thru and dining inside. It is recommended to avoid visiting during these times to avoid long wait times.

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible and the food quality was equally bad. The burger was cold and the fries were soggy. They were also out of half the items on the small menu. Overall, Dairy Queen has really declined in quality, and this particular location was the worst I have ever been to.

This restaurant is amazing! I love the waiter with painted nails, you're awesome! They even gave our dog a special dish (pup cup). This is my favorite spot to stop at on my way back from the coast!

3 times in a row order not made correctly. Plain and dry can 't be that hard to make. Even remade my order after I told them it was incorrect and when I got home (because I assumed after them remaking it that it would be, infact, plain) it was STILL wrong.The people that work here are more interested in talking with eachother or making jokes about customers (yes, the microphone wasstill on while we were in the drive through. Maybe think about that next time you want to make jokes about someone you 're takingan order for) than getting an order right.
