Hanami Sushi - Sherman Oaks

I love this place. I almost didn't want to check because they're never too busy and I don't want that to change. Quality of fish and service is always great.

Very good food. Friendly staff. This is not one of the valley 's high energy sushi hot spots . It is a relaxed restaurant for families and couples who want to be able to speak with each other and enjoy good food and friendly service. The prices are also very good. When my husband and I go there the waitress remembers us and our favorite dishes. There are always many guests but you probanly will not need a reservation

This is the best sushi restaurant! We visit frequently and highly recommend the baked salmon roll and the Mexico City roll. If you’re in the mood for teriyaki, their combinations are excellent and come with tempura, rice, steamed vegetables, and California rolls. For soup, I suggest trying the spicy ramen with egg. Plus, when you dine here, you receive a complimentary ****!

This is a great sushi spot that offers plenty of parking and very affordable prices. I visited for lunch and ordered the sushi sampler, which came with a choice of California roll or spicy tuna roll for less than $20. While the fish quality may not be extraordinary, it is fresh enough, especially considering the low prices.

Great location! It was my first visit, and I found the prices reasonable. The sashimi bowls were really delicious. Plus, they have parking, which is definitely an advantage.
