Excellent sit down/take out chicken! The staff is super friendly. 100% return.

We eat at Cowboy Chicken at least once a week. It is one of our favorite lunch spots. My mother in law always has the Monterey Salad. My husband loves the chicken meals. Fried okra and macaroni and cheese is what he usually orders. We have tried the Keto bowl and my daughter loves the Durango bowl. The taco and enchilada plate are also very tasty. The chicken is always moist and flavorful. The food is fresh and so tasty. Love that the green beans are not out of a can. The service is always great, friendly and fast. I would highly recommend this place.

The meals we got where Texas sized garden salad with a side of baked Mac and cheese keto bowl salad the lunch plate with Mexican corn Buffalo sandwich with twice baked potatoes Texas sized peach cobbler We enjoyed everything! Friendly service and a clean restaurant. : just notes about the food, the garden salad has an over powering amount of cucumber, the twice baked potatoes were just okay, and the cobbler was mostly crust. The restaurant was over all great! Would definitely eat there again.

The food is always spot on. Restaurant is clean. Service is quick. Cowboy Chicken is a go to for our young family and with kids eat free Monday evenings... we may be there even more. Pro-tip, the roasted broccoli is a can't miss side.

Really good. Had the Laredo sandwich. The chicken melts in your mouth. The fries were outstanding. The corn fritters weren't bad. Can't say enough about the ranchero beans. They were delicious. My wife had the chicken enchiladas. They were very tasty.
