La Placita Salvadorean Cocina - Sherman

I had no idea this place was here until my husband discovered it. We were not disappointed! The food was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. I can't wait to return!

The food was absolutely delicious! My favorite dish was the pupusas, but everything we tried was fantastic. My husband particularly loved the empanadas (I enjoyed them too!). We sampled quite a few dishes! They also offer snacks, sodas, and baked goods. The staff was very friendly, and the service was quick. We can’t wait to return!

I've visited this restaurant twice, and I really enjoyed it both times. The atmosphere and the food are delightful!

Parking: If you're there for lunch, just plan ahead as they will get busy; which is a good thing. Just find parking and don't get discouraged. It's worth it. Kid-friendliness: Very friendly for a positive cultural experience.

We found this little gem as we were driving through. Amazing food (I had the fish taco's) and super friendly people. The food was amazing and I loved the fact that it is an old gas station. This is a place we will defiantly stop in the next time we are in the Sherman area.
