Mariana's Gorditas - Sherman

According to the gorditometer, I recommend ordering 3 on average for those who eat the most and 2 for the least eaters, the gorditas can be ordered fried or not fried, those that are fried put lettuce and cheese, those that are not fried do not have lettuce or cheese (to take into account when ordering , they have fresh pineapple waters, Jamaica and horchata. The flavor of the gorditas that I ordered are rated 10 out of 10, the first one I tried was the egg with red sauce (the flavor is rich it reminded me of the egg in caldillo, as if the egg was cooked in the sauce ? the second gordita was potatoes with chorizo and the chorizo tastes very tasty homemade, it didn't feel acidic, super rich, the last one was pork with green chili, the meat was super soft, in short, a 5-star place that I recommend for its quality and service. ??

Thank you for allowing me a break and a bite of Marianna. The menu sounded great and looks even better when you get it.
