Baja Fresh Mexican Grill - Sherwood

The service was terrible, and the steak burrito was possibly the worst I've ever had.

Baja Fresh was far from fresh. Since it was my first visit, I have no previous experience to compare it to, but perhaps we chose to eat there close to closing time. Regardless, the food was disappointing. The burritos were so dry that they were nearly inedible. We ended up pouring salsa on them just to make them more manageable. We were hungry and desperate, otherwise, we likely would have discarded our meals. Unfortunately, the salsa wasn’t much better either.

I visited the restaurant for my usual crispy fish taco, which is typically great, but today I was quite disappointed. The piece of fried fish in my taco was only about a third of the usual size, and it was noticeably cut into smaller pieces. I considered asking the staff about it, but I witnessed them arguing with a customer who tried to modify their order after it had already been made. I hope the owner takes note of the negative feedback and makes improvements.

I lived here for 4 years, this place is constantly rude. They argued with me when my Burito had cheese and shouldn't. I had to open them to show them, then they didn't apologize for making a mistake. My family loves food so I can tolerate it. I went to Thurs with my online order to avoid some of the not customer service. So the ladie was rude to the right of the bat. I showed my online order that my wife ordered. She gave it to me and gave me a drink. I told her I paid. Sh say no you't. So I paid for another drink, went to the car and noticed I paid for it.

The staff was so rude, and the Mexican burrito I had was disgusting. I normally love Baja fresh but my experience at this location was just terrible.
