The people behind the counter were so nice! The upstairs area is so nice to sit in. Their chai is so caffeinated and absolutely yummy. Wonderful milk subs too! The price of $7 for a 16 oz drink was a bit steep, but it was the best latte I have ever tasted and I am quite selective. I quickly stopped by on my way to a children's soccer game to grab something to go. The barista suggested a maple cinnamon latte, which turned out to be perfect.
