Yesterday, I visited this restaurant. The scenery was lovely, but I was truly impressed by the deliciousness of the cuisine. The tofu skin udon was exquisite! I ate it yesterday, but I already want to eat it again today, so I will definitely be back soon. I would like to try other dishes as well, but I think I will definitely go for the tofu skin udon again ^ ^
I want to know the recipe for the amazing yuba udon!
