The view was amazing. The ambience was just perfect with the lighting making it just perfect for an intimate date. The food was amazing and delicious. This is a place I would definitely come back to in the future!!
Order mistake, taking away unfinished drinks, taking away butter before the bread is finished, ... Not the kind of service you would expect from a restaurant in this price range. Good food, but poor service (doesn’t count for all the staff of course). You can feel you’re in a ‘chain’ restaurant and not a private place where costumer service is one of the main priorities. And that’s a shame...
Regular restaurant, good eating, but klasmatic American. not to go if they are in japan.
Food was excellent. The head Chef, Stefan, could have not been nicer! He talked with us throughout the meal as we sat at the counter next to his station. He explained all of the different cuts of meat, the difference in tastes and quality. I love this restaurant. It is on the 54th floor of the building that has the Park Hyatt Hotel in Shinjuku. Views are spectacular. The Park Hyatt Hotel is where the movie “Lost in Translation” was filmed it. I first ate there 25 years ago on my 1st visit to Tokyo. Still a fantastic restaurant.
