Bidra med feedbackFood stinks the chili was all liquid had about 12 beans and was extremely hot... Service is bad. Breakfast is not bad. The cook is an idiot.
Nice place local for breakfast. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of real butter. I will probably come back every now and again.
Best breakfast in town! The atmosphere is chill and layed back. Wish they were open for dinner.
The hostess greeted me almost immediately and was polite throughout my visit. The menu was extensive (and moderately pricey, I might add), which made my decision quite challenging. I ultimately decided on the Eggs Benedict, a dish I have high standards for, and I was not disappointed! The eggs were cooked perfectly—firm yet runny with a golden yolk once cut, and the Hollandaise sauce was smooth and rich in flavor. Paired with thick-cut home fries and a decadent cappuccino, it made for a fantastic breakfast. Their coffee was also outstanding—brewed just right, I enjoyed it black, without cream or sugar (a rarity, as most places either brew it too weak or too strong). The entire bill came to only $12 for the large breakfast (which left me needing a to-go box) and an endless supply of coffee, along with a large glass of chocolate milk. The waitress was attentive, friendly, and upbeat! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy yet charming dining experience in Shippensburg, and I will definitely return for more!
This is the perfect spot to unwind late at night—truly the only place to hang out during those hours. It's independent, has great service, and offers decent food at reasonable prices. One time, my friend ordered a bacon sundae, and the waitress went above and beyond by putting it together for her with maple syrup included! I frequently come here for late-night study sessions or just to relax. I often find myself indulging in something extra because the servers are always so friendly.
