Domino's Pizza - Shippensburg

Update......6/17/22 last night we ordered 4 pizzas, BBQ chicken things and cheesey bread.... all the pizzas were ordered hand tossed... well they all ended up being thin crust with hardly any toppings on it.. this was one of the worst orders we everreceived from here!! Very disappointing....... Our cheesey bread was also a little undercooked ..old review.. Our pizza isalways hot. And just like we ordered. The drivers are very nice and personable. : Just..... Wonderful ????

Usually hot but not always. Half of the time the orders are wrong. The last two times I got the mango habanero chicken sandwich it was wrong first no sauce, this time NO CHICKEN!! How does that even happen?!

As an out-of-state visitor, I must say this restaurant could benefit from better management. I ordered two nights in a row; the first night wasn't too bad, but there were some issues tonight. I ordered a simple pizza, which shouldn't have been a challenge, but I wasn't able to get my sauce. I even called and offered a $10 tip to have it brought to me, but the night manager said that wouldn’t be possible. It was disappointing, especially after I had already paid and was willing to give extra for the driver to bring it to me. It feels like the place is being run by inexperienced staff.

I placed an online order at 5:04 PM, with an estimated arrival time of 5:35 PM. However, it didn't arrive until 5:54 PM. When the pizza finally arrived, it was lukewarm and appeared to have been sitting out for quite some time. I'm very disappointed.

The customer service here is truly outstanding! Someone tried to use my stolen card at this store, but thanks to the protective measures I had in place and the quick response of the staff who answered the phone, I was able to stop that transaction and two others from other stolen cards. I am incredibly thankful for how attentive and understanding this business was! I'll definitely stop by when I'm in the area.
