Starbucks - Shippensburg

Great Starbucks! Very busy location so there is sometimes a wait. Staff is friendly and range from outgoing to quiet but they are always friendly! Love their sitting room across the hall, great spot to get work done.

I mean, yeah it's busy but its a college campus. They might not get my order right all the time but even if its not what I actually asked for, its what I really needed in that moment. I didn't even realize I liked something before they gave it to me by accident, now its my favorite order. Starbucks is a magical place and I love coffee.

It?s faster to walk to your car, drive to the other Starbucks across town, and drive back than to wait for the staff here. It took 30 mins for me to get my drink with only 8 people ahead of me

Refuse to make my drink correctly when im paying $6 for it. I get a refresher with no ice at every location around but this one always refuses and doesnt even ask if its okay before filling half the cup with ice on a mobile order. Everyday its a hit or miss on who does it or not. 3/5 days theyll follow the request, next day they are unable to do it.

I work here, gotta say this is the first time a job hasn't made me want to quit after a month. Management and team is awesome to work with. Coffee is great, pay is alright, and customer service is fabulous.
