Super bad experience they don’t close until 10pm and I just ordered at 8:55pm for a delivery, immediately cancelled my order very well knowing they are still open, if you’re thinking of getting delivery understand that they don’t care to uphold their business

Great service, welcoming employees, perfect for a brake

Location has alot of Bandaids and needs a good overhaul, young employee tonight needs to fix her mask and actually wear it when serving customers during this new mandate.Luckily food was accurate and employee was polite.

I'm not one to complain much ...I usually give places second and sometimes third chances but no more for the Dunkin' Donuts off margin and wm Floyd.....don't waste your time coming here ....there is always a problem ....not enough selection of donuts ...not enough staff or staff that knows what they are doing ...slow service and always different people behind the counter ....yesterday, I went in for a mocha blast and of course I'm told someone dropped the machine so I wasn't able to get one ....so again , I had to go to another one when this one is convenient for me on my travels ....Every time I leave this place I ask myself why did I try again ...so do yourself a favor go up the road or to any other DD ...this one is a disaster ....

This is my favorite store in mastic they're always super nice, they're always fast and even if they're super busy they're quick moving. Have never gotten a wrong order, or had a bad time.
