This place needs help from CORPORATE! Set standards, teach staff, and fire the incompetent. There is no reason why I cannot order inline without being screwed out of my meal and items I’ve paid for. I, literally, have to SHOW UP to the store and watch them and tell them how to make my food. I don’t trust this location. It’s trash. CORPORATE needs to roll up and set them straight or just shut the location down. Serve properly or shut down. Selden and Lake Grove are NOTHING like this location.

I love the food, always great and plentiful, staff seem nice. No one never do I g in. Looks like grab n go.

They don’t put the online orders on The shelf to pick up so you have hope the staff notice you and they actively avoid eye contact it’s like they don’t want help you… the chips were stale… but the bowls are good.

I am telling you, DO NOT ORDER ONLINE.I ordered online, went to pick it up and its so spicy that i cant eat the food. First time trying it and never again ??

When I asked Maria for recommendations, she had a negative attitude. Upon walking in, she immediately asked if I was there to order, and when I replied yes, she informed me that they had no white rice. I responded with, “Okay, can I have a steak burrito, please?” However, while I was trying to decide what to include in my burrito, I noticed her flicking her long nails on the counter, which was quite distracting. To make matters worse, the meat and food in the trays looked dried out and hard. This was around 6:30 PM on a Friday night—hardly an excuse for such poor food quality. I will never return to this location or recommend it to anyone else. Thank you for your attention.
