This review pertains solely to the bistro; the rest of the club is quite nice, and the staff is really friendly. However, waiting 90 minutes for dinner is not acceptable, especially with hungry children. Many other patrons opted for refunds and left as well. It's important to reconsider the service provider to avoid tarnishing the overall reputation of the club and the hard work of the wonderful staff.

As we grew increasingly hungry, I inquired about our food after about an hour of waiting. By this time, our two small children, who were part of our group of four, were exhausted and ready for bed. Unfortunately, our meals did not arrive until around 9:15 or 9:20 PM. When I approached the front desk, I noticed that many other customers were also expressing their dissatisfaction; some had even left in frustration. The young staff members at the desk were overwhelmed by the complaints while the manager seemed to avoid them altogether. When I asked who the manager was, one of the staff pointed him out, revealing he was the manager but he did not directly address the complaints—rather, he relied on his underage employees to deal with the issues, which I found highly inappropriate. To make matters worse, our food was subpar, and based on this experience, we have no intention of returning for a meal in the future.
