First Watch - Short Pump

On Sunday morning, my family of 4 visited the restaurant. The staff followed Covid guidelines by wearing masks, wiping down tables, and keeping everything clean and well-spaced. I ordered the "building chic hash" which was excellent. Our server was very good and attentive, although I wish I could remember their name. All of our meals were delicious. Overall, this was a great (and safer) place to enjoy breakfast with the family.

This is one of the best brunch spots I have been to. The presentation is great, the food is delicious, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new brunch spot! I had the lemon ricotta pancakes and the turkey sausage. Oh my god! These pancakes were incredibly delicious; even though they were made with more grains, they were still light and fluffy. The lemon curd added the perfect touch. The portions were huge!
