Bidra med feedbackThis food was sooooo good yes I'm going back as a matter of fact I was talking about it today 10 great prices.
Cantina Laredo is one of our favorite places. I’ll have to do an update when we go for brunch one day. This was date night. Rudy was our server and was excellent! The restaurant was clean and not loud for being busy. We sat close to the kitchen so there was a lot of traffic but didn’t bother us any. We ordered top self guac and Queso to go with our chips and salsa. All of which was amazing. I swear their guac gets better everytime we come. I had the carne asada and I changed it to come with asparagus and zucchini my other half had Camaron poblano asada with came with shrimp and was stuffed full. The meat in both dishes were tender and cooked to our liking. For dessert we tried the churros with 2 sauces. The food was amazing tonight! Truly satisfying the service was fantastic!
Fantastic Mexican cuisine! Honestly, the BEST tortilla chips I've ever tasted. We couldn't resist and devoured two baskets of them! The Ahi tuna tacos were amazing, and the enchilada/taco combo was just as delightful. I will definitely be returning!
The ambiance is consistently pleasant, and the service is excellent. However, during my latest visit, I ordered a shrimp salad that was quite expensive, but it arrived with only four small grilled shrimp, two chunks of pineapple, and a single very thinly sliced strawberry on top. There also appeared to be a few chopped nuts sprinkled over it. I really should have sent it back and ordered something else, as I felt I didn't get nearly enough food for the price I paid!
I had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. I was invited here for a business meeting and was eager to give it a try. I enjoyed the chips and salsa; the chips were thin and crispy, and the salsa had a nice roasted flavor. However, I ordered a trio of enchiladas, which turned out to be just average. While they looked fantastic, earning a perfect score for presentation, the taste was lacking. Given that this is a higher-end Mexican restaurant, I expected much more in terms of flavor. I would be open to returning to try something different in hopes of a better experience. The chips and salsa are definitely worth having again, but the dishes I sampled that day didn’t impress me. The service was quite slow as well, likely due to a large business party of over 20 guests and only one waitress attending to us.
