Mcdonald's - Shreveport

The staff could benefit from more training. The Royal Burger was just okay. However, the vanilla shake was excellent. The straw kept bending easily while drinking.

The customer service was good. They did not inform me that the ice machine was broken, which was a positive point.

Used the kiosk to place order and that went fine but then I was Ignored. Never came with my order. Had to go ask for it after a long wait with no receipt from kiosk... No sauce no customer service at all...

Went to eat breakfast inside and the door was locked with a sign on the door lobby open from 7am to 7 pm. It was 8:45am. I saw them inside laughing then ignoring me. The food here has always been great but the service needs major work.

This McDonald’s is horrible. Every time I get a delivery from DD from this McDonalds it is missing items. They get plenty of time to prepare a DD order, but can never get it correct. So you end up paying 20$ for 2 burgers and a pie.
