Silver Star Smokehouse Express

We ordered from the Monjuni's menu at this restaurant. The service was excellent, and the food was tasty. It was nice to have the option to choose between Italian cuisine and barbecue.

Horrible menu selection. Can't see them lasting much longer. The food is great but they have cut the menu so much its a joke. We looked over the menu and left. Went to Shane's down the street and had a delicious meal

I came here with my parents for the first time and was thoroughly pleased. The place was packed when we got there but the wait time was very reasonable. Our server, Savahana, was so nice and took a personal interest in us. Our food was didn’t take too long, and was well worth the minor wait. I got the Jumbo Baked Potato and it was the best potato I’ve ever had. Even though the food was on the pricier side, the food was great quality. It’s very evident that they take pride in the food, service, and cleanliness. I was very impressed with the customer service and will definitely be coming back next time I’m in the area!

We are new to Shreveport (Texas transplants) and had yet to find BBQ that reminded us of home. UNTIL NOW!!! Tender brisket with little fat, great portion sizes, smoked turkey melted in your mouth. We will be back!

The food was excellent! The service was fantastic! We placed our order over the phone, and it was ready in no time. Everything tasted great when we got home.
