Bidra med feedbackHorrible horrible horrible. We just went to go get a good shake for the family. First it takes a couple minutes to even take my order at the drive thru speaker. Then we proceed to wait for 30 minutes in the line of only 3 cars to get to the window. Then Ipay for everything with my card and after a couple minutes they tell us to pull up. After another couple of minutes they tell usthe ice cream machine is not working!!?? So they take my card for the refund and come back with my card and cash. Only $12!. Ididn?t even get my cents back. If you are going to refund you should pay your customers in full! Worst customer service I?veever experienced! Need workers that take pride in their work. This is coming from a young worker too like come on do better.
Very poor people skills in the Drive Thru. Tried to place an order and young lady on other end of intercom cuts me off, saying You don 't have to scream at me . After apologizing and saying I wasn 't aware I was screaming, she snaps back Yes you were .Management should really train employees how to deal with the public.
Love their hamburgers! Uses the drive window. The service was fast.
Like the place, it was clean, prices from one meal it could be up to 16 dls. Love the apple and cranberry salad with grill chicken. But the hamburguers and fries also good. I didnt take photos of the food, i was so hungry that i forgot ... maybe next time
I came in yesterday the lady with a grey shirt she was just very rude , everyone else was very nice and the food was good .
