Arby's - Shrewsbury

I don't think this place has had its floors or tables cleaned in a long time. The floors were sticky and our feet were actually getting stuck. There was ketchup spilled all over the counter. I hate to admit it, but I was almost scared to eat there. I should have trusted my instincts from the start. My friends and I got sick after eating there. If it's lunchtime and there are only two people in the restaurant, they should definitely go somewhere else!

I always appreciate when restaurant workers leave a lasting impression, whether good or bad. I regret not getting his name, but the staff member who served me today made the perfect impression I look for in a coworker. He wore a cap, had dark hair, and possibly small measuring tools. Whoever he is, he was incredibly friendly, optimistic, energetic, and genuine - everything you could hope for in a service industry worker. He deserves a raise. Keep up the great work, sir.

We have been frequenting this Arby's for many years. I am consistently impressed by the friendly and helpful employees. The food is always hot and served quickly. The dining area is well-maintained and I appreciate the historical photos of the area.
