Don’t order cold brew coffee from here and very rude staff.

7 people standing behind the counter and it took three time to get the right order. When I told the cashier she gave me the wrong thing she told me that I was wrong and I ordered the wrong thing. Awful

These employees are trash. They don’t do good services. They have attitudes .. they suppose to go to the jail.. the manger there is a black lady. She was very nasty to me , when I asked her for a coffee in this morning at 6:20 am. She yelled at me and responded with nasty attitude. Omg !! I’m not recommending this place for anyone.. these employees have to get fired!!!! I will never go back again after this…

I get Dunkin' a LOT! This is the best Dunkin' I think I've ever been to. They always make my coffee correct and I come here so much Chastity has my order memorized. She knows exactly how I like my coffee and goes above and beyond to make it, and whatever food I get, perfect. I drink my coffee kind of backwards. When I get an iced coffee, I like it without ice but when I get a hot coffee I like a few pieces of ice in it to cool it down a bit. I feel bad doing special orders like this but she is always super kind and tells me not to worry at all because she's there to make my coffee how I like it and to make me happy. She is super friendly and always busy but always takes the time to greet me and ask how I'm doing. Angelica, the store manager is also very kind. She remembered my order that I had placed on my birthday months ago. I don't know how Chastity and Angelica have such great memories but I'm grateful that they do. They are both just amazingly kind people and I think this store is the best Dunkin' around because of them! By far the best location around!
