Drive thru very small not dafe for area but coffee was warm

Terrible customer service. I did a mobile order and once I got there to pick it up, they told me that someone picked up my order by the drive through and they wouldn’t give me a refund or my purchase. Next time the employees should be more careful when giving out mobile orders.
