Shinya Ramen House — Midnight Diner Shēn Yè Shí Táng

Review is for Veggie Ramen If you're looking for veggie Ramen, this is not it. I was disappointed. My broth tasted like oily hot water, in other words bland. I tried adding chili oil, Sriracha, and soy sauce to no avail. The fried bread appetizer also just tasted like funnel cake, nothing special. My friend got a yuzu chicken ramen and he loved it. Place is probably great if you're a meat eater.

Love the quick service through their ordering app, love the beer tower, love the ramen. Make sure to try different items, all were pretty delicious.

The service was great and the food was fantastic. They had a great Japanese ambience too! The patio is a great place to dine in. Reservations might be required if it's really busy hence call before you go!

Everything was very nice, the only issue is that they open at 5:00 p.m.
