Interestingly, the chefs are not required to wear masks at all, and only about half of the waitstaff wear their masks properly—most have them covering just their mouths, leaving their noses exposed or wearing them below their chins.
I had a frustrating experience with this restaurant. My online payment was charged twice, and when my daughter went to pick up the order, she had to argue with the staff about the duplicate charge before paying again. To make matters worse, the order they gave us was incorrect. This will definitely be my last time ordering from them. The service quality has declined over the years, and this incident was the last straw for me. I won't be returning.
