Urbano Coffee Company - Sierra Vista

The days of Urbano being somewhere you can stop for a coffee and be on your way are gone. I’m the past 3ish visits, it’s been at a minimum of 10 minutes to get an iced coffee and upwards of 15-20 minutes. Some of the staff do try to be helpful but others seem bothered that you walked through the door. Probably my last time trying to make it work, I’d much rather go to a chain that is out of the way than come back even being a few minutes from where I live. Disappointed with what the business has come to. The staff at Urbano was very responsive when I needed a caterer for a business event on short notice. They provided us with a beautiful continental spread with delicious scones, breakfast pastries, and fruit. I will definitely be using them again!

I had a great experience at Urbano Bar Bistro. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. I ordered the turkey pesto sandwich, which was loaded with tender turkey, fresh lettuce, tomato, and cheese, and a generous amount of pesto sauce. The bread was soft and toasted to perfection. It was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The next morning I had the breakfast burrito, which was also amazing. It was stuffed with eggs, bacon, and cheese. It was huge and satisfying. I ordered a bulletproof Coffee and my friend ordered the Matcha Latte, both were great! We also shared an order of Sriracha waffle fries, which were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. They came with a tasty dipping sauce that added some spice. We both enjoyed our meals and left feeling full and happy. Urbano Bar Bistro is a great place to go for a casual and tasty lunch or breakfast. I highly recommend it. UPDATE 9/2023 Decided to try it again for work and... I got food poisoning. Never again. I'm done. It took longer to even be serviced. No seasonings. Rude waitress. I'm over this place. ORIGINAL Food is ok. Wait staff ignores you and are very snotty. The atmosphere when you walk in is very unwelcoming. It's supposed to be like this hipster joint but it's the wait staff. Maybe it was a bad day but their energy was so negative. Wait time to get drinks was 15minutes which I kinda get. It was another 20 for literally just fries. Everything was ordered at one time but it took forever. I think the vibe just made it feel like it was taking longer? I'm glad I went. I don't think I would go back.
