City Palace - Silchar

This is the most third class hotel in Silchar including their behavior, their food and their management. Once i ordered some curry from the hotel, and when i received the parcel it was leaking from every side, and the amount of curry was so less, according to the price that made me call the hotel owner, who misbehaved with me and was trying to avoid me and my complaint by hanging the call on me. I called for several times but there was no response from their side.

Ordered chicken curry and butter roti form this hotel via zomato and received insect with butter roti.

The rooms are clean and very hygienic, hotel staff are also very understanding and eating was so delicious

I checked in both ac non ac rooms, earlier in the month juli 17 there was not so good room service youngs, but while in the month jan 18 I visited them, I was too happy to see a service boy. he was very fast, helpful profi. overall the space food quality good. in silchar all hotels for rent are high as metro city

It is a nice hotel and service is so good. also its serves a delicious meal.
