Ribcrib Bbq - Siloam Springs

On September 2, 2022, a group of 19 ladies gathered for lunch. There were only two waitstaff attending to the tables, and we were fortunate to have the best waiter. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, but he did an outstanding job of managing our drinks and meals and frequently checked in on us. As always, the food was delicious. A big shoutout to this young man for his quick service and attentive care!

We absolutely love Rib Crib here in Siloam; it’s the only place in the city that truly serves BBQ! The food is consistently great, the service is always friendly, and we never have to wait too long for a table. We’re all fans of their BBQ sauce, and they offer a variety of flavors—regular, spicy, and Carolina—that are all delicious! The meat is always top-notch, but we especially enjoy the pulled pork and chicken, along with the macaroni and cheese as a side. They also have a nice selection of beers on tap and some decent drink specials from time to time. We've been to other Rib Crib locations, but none have matched the quality of food and service that we find here.

Second time we cried and command for ribs with the ruble only we have grill and they are not the really good atmosphere of food is good

Not as good as before. Our first time there in a year or so. Ribs tasted like barbecue rub... no smokey taste at all. I could have done this at home in the oven and saved the $58. Had to send the cheese back. It had an acidic spoiled taste and was hardly warm... not at a safe serving temperature. Ordered pommes for replacement. They arrived 15 minutes later when we were practically finished with the meal. We can try other Rib Crib sites, but Siloam Springs is not for us. We are sure that your intention is to satisfy every customer. And that probably happens, a lot of time. But our recent experience was simply a question of on-site management not to properly execute an order, or perhaps upper management did not effectively perform training. Thank you, but no thanks.

This place have me a very big belly. They have real big plates of food. Atmosphere is homely. The servers are so kind. For the first time in life, my kiddo was so full he had left overs
