Bidra med feedbackSo, my mother-in-law gave me a gift card for dinner in Casa Ole for my birthday. I was a little hesitant, because occasionally I will see a review of someone from the Silsbee site who has negative things to say, and we were not in a Casa Ole in years. With the gift card this was our moment of truth. I am also very pregnant. So we go, and we get Shalena as our server. We started with an appetizer, shrimp, cancer and spinach. Okay, WOW. That's delicious. You didn't have the last time. You even got Enchiladas on this stuff. We also have fajita nachos (big), and the filled avocado with steak (Blande, will not mix the chicken and Fajita meat, but good if you combine other things with it), and chickens Nuggets children's meal, and overall we had great food and great service. Shalena was very nice, helpful and cared for us. But again, WOW on the appetizer. My compliments to the cook. We will be back =D
Donna was our server. She made us feel welcome. Dinner was delicious. My son couldn't finish his meal and that never happens.
Food always been spot on . When I went last time I think I had a new server. He took my order but forgot to put it in, I knew Colin from last visit and we went to school together. I got his attention and asked if he could check on our food, he did and the food came out a few minutes later. The waiter we had never came back so I asked Colin again if he would get me my check please. After waiting and eating it was about 1 hour 45 minutes later. If it wasn't for knowing him I would of got up and let. Will be back and will ask for him next time! He was taking great care of his tables.
Good quick food. Tex Mex dishes and the hot hot sauce is the best. You have to ask for it. Staff are friendly and prompt.
My cousin took me to this place. He had been here a couple times and liked it so he brought me. It's a nice modern place and we were sat quickly with our party of 9. It's always tough to order when it's your first time at a new place but I decided on the Fajita Enchilada plate. Two of my Mexican favs on one plate, how could I resist. The chips salsas were brought right out. The chips are the thin white corn type and were very good. They bring a both a red and a green sauce for your dipping pleasure. The red is quite mild and could have used a little more kick and flavor. The green was super mild with hints of sour cream and avocado. Usually I'm in heaven with two different sauces but neither one stood out to me. They were just average and the reason I gave it 4 stars. The food in the other hand was amazing. The plate came with two enchiladas of your choice. The awesome waitress told me I didn't have to get two of the same enchiladas so I ordered a traditional cheese and a chicken with sour cream sauce. It also included an uncut piece of fajita steak smothered in cheese, rice, charro style beans. The beef fajita steak, enchiladas, rice were awesome. The charro beans were a little on the bland side. The rice was different from any Spanish rice I've had. It was very fine. Definitely a plus to the meal. The service was great and we had a very personable waitress. That always makes a meal better. I will definitely be back to enjoy some of my Mexican food favorites. And that is all that matters. ? Update: I stopped in and tried the Casa Ole Dinner which is two plates of Mexican favorites. The cheese enchiladas were made just how I like them with a mild chili gravy. I enjoyed this visit as well!
