The food was delicious. I tried the new pollo asada, but I preferred the regular version.
I spent almost an hour in the service to order. the personal who took orders was more concerned with their online orders than the customers inside. I wanted to go, but the way the line is built it was impossible to return with my son's car, because behind me was a long crowd and blocked my way. we can say a brand. When I finally made it before the line, I had to wait 10 minutes, because all three employees who prepared ordering were still only busy with their online order. I wasn't even even even even even even even quit until one of the chefs told them I had waited a long time. Every time I order from UberEats, the food arrives stale. Today, I ordered guacamole which was mushy and lacked flavor. When dining in person, the experience is much better. The staff should be professional and not cut corners just because the customer is not physically present.
Despite having a large staff, the restaurant had dirty tables, food spilled on the floor, and overall was not very clean. However, the food was still good and fresh as usual.
