Bidra med feedbackGood Italian is easy to find, but Olazzo consistently makes it better. The service and atmosphere here are welcoming, but not as stiff and monotonous as your average large chain - its a beautiful place, but its a fun place. That said the food here is ridiculously good. I can't get enough of her pastas, but that's not to say that you won't be full. Chicken Cardinale is excellent if you need a proposal, but you really can't miss it. If you can save space for dessert, the Tiramisu is happy. Absolutely worth a trip.
Great Italian restaurant. The first visit was with friends on a busy Saturday evening; we just waited 15 minutes for a table. The staff was very friendly, our waitress was excellent. The food was all very fresh and tasty (big salad, great bread, excellent sauce), with a good selection of wine that was very good (without its even better weekday wine specialities). I'm looking forward to returning.
Cozy!. What a wonderfully cozy restaurant. Wonderful for a ladies night or a romantic dinner. The food was simple but delicious. I ordered the ravioli rose ricotta filled ravioli with a tomato cream sauce. All entrees come with green salad and basket of bread for the table. My meal was delicious and just the right amount of food don't expect huge portions, expect normal portions!!!
Just Right. Found it by a simple search on the internet. Cozy, busy but prompt and friendly. The fare was fantastic. Full bar specializing in martinis. Excellent red sauce over pasta. No overwhelming herbs or spices. Very reasonable. We highly recommend.
Great Bread. I know, cheering the bread might seem like a back-handed complement, except so few restaurants in the DC area seem to care about the bread. It's what I noticed first. Ciabbatta. Delivered warm. Very nice. The food here is serviceable, reasonably-priced, and properly proportioned. The Caprese, generous. The Sausage and Peppers over Linguini sweet, even if it could benefit from a tomato or two. The Linguini with white clam sauce, just fine. You'll know immediately that you're not in Italy, but this is a nice restaurant, small enough to feel cozy. I'm not raving about this place, but I will probably return on another rainy Friday night, hoping to avoid the live music and hysterical giggling so common to way too many other restaurants in this town.
