Five Guys - Silverdale

I just want to say that I bought a family for five boys in Silverdale WA. They were not satisfied. I wrote an evaluation and was reached the next day by the GM. I was refunded the money and dinner for my own family was on the house. We were more satisfied with our first time eating there. Thanks Scott Snyder! We're coming back! TC Ortiz

Delicious! My burger fell apart immediately, but tasted amazing! My husband's did not fall apart, also tasted amazing.

Love consistency. The Bacon Cheeseburger has 2 burgers, the small burger has only 1 burger. Free peanuts. I always ask for a page of mayonnaise for the delicious little order of fries that we share. A chocolate banana shake ordered. The place is clean and the staff welcomed us when we entered. You usually have a coke. Many parking spaces.

This Five Guys was alright. Typically when you order fries they throw a handful of fries that overflows the cup they put the fries in but at this particular restaurant they didn't do that for some reason, not that they have to. It's just what I'm used to seeing at Five Guys. Overall the food was tasty. People were nice. Another small complaint was that their ketchup dispenser was empty so I waited a while for the guy to fill it up but it never was full by the time we left. Luckily I kept getting little squirts of ketchup so there was enough, it just took 5 mins to get it out.

I absolutely love the food here! However, I called to inquire about the current restrictions, and the person who answered the phone was somewhat rude. That being said, everyone was really nice when we visited in person. I would have given it 4 stars, but the food was exceptional, which ultimately influenced my rating.
