Chang An - Simpsonville

Food was cooked too long that we couldn't eat it. Ribs was burnt. Chicken wings was dried out. Chicken on the stick was also over cooked. Egg rolls was great but not enough to revisit.

This is strictly takeout, but it is good Chinese food.

Stopped in the other day and decided to try this place for takeout order. Walked in and the place stunk like cigarettes, which made me want to turn around and leave but I decided to order anyway. The gentleman was not friendly at all and the communication skills are terrible. It took me forever to get him to figure out what I wanted then he kept trying to charge me extra for this and extra for that. This restaurant would be better off if it was in China Instead of the US. I cannot stand the smell of cigarettes and I definitely will not be going back ever!

Food was ok but not worth dealing with attitude. The Woman Cashier couldn’t comprehend a basic order (boneless rib combo instead of rice I wanted lo mein) and did not provide welcoming service because of it.

Food was disgusting. The lemon pepper wing and fries was overcooked and tasted horrible! Customer Service was not welcoming. This was an indication to leave. I definitely will not be returning.
