Jason House Chinese - SIMSBURY

I've visited this restaurant twice now. The first time, I had placed an order for delivery, but the driver got lost and it took a while, so I decided to go and pick it up myself. Upon entering, I was greeted by a very polite young lady at the counter. I was quite impressed; she took my phone number, retrieved my order, and made sure I didn't need anything else. My friend joined me, and since I had paid in advance, he had to pay for his own order. He was equally impressed by the service. The young lady handled the register flawlessly. I'm also very happy with the food; everything was delicious, and there wasn't anything I ordered that the kids didn't enjoy. This will definitely be my go-to Chinese restaurant. I used to go to one in the city where I live, but I was never really impressed. The prices are reasonable, the food is fantastic, and the service is outstanding!

Initially, we had an issue with our delivery order, but they addressed it promptly. The staff was courteous, and the food was excellent. We will definitely return.
