Eminent Frog Porridge Seafood (lor 19)

A good dining experience is probably guaranteed here.. even on busy Saturday evenings. The food comes quick enough despite the full house, the 姜葱田鸡 never fails, and we quite enjoyed the 咸鱼豆芽 as well.. coffee pork ribs were ok, likewise prawn paste chicken. This institution is always consistent/ reliable.

The first thing noticed was the frogs were bigger in size compared to other places. The meat were cooked just nice, still tender and juicy. The sauce was generous and slightly on e salty side, just nice to drizzle on e plain porridge. The porridge was well cooked with the grains half melted. Good value for money!

Though the porridge is plain and less flavourful than it’s rival G*, the affordable portions for the rest of the side dishes made up for it. The frogs are also flavourful and tasty. Long q during weekend peak period though they have two outlets. Definitely be back.

Frogs with dried chilli and frogs with spring onion is quite delicious. I would say that this rivals with the other frog porridge nearby and taste pretty delicious too. If you're around the area you should drop by. If you look at my photos, there's also more frog you can buy. They gave my order to other customers, which made me wait longer than usual. But it happens during busy periods. Oh well.

Frog porridge was awesome. Gan bao chili and the chili sauce ones were great. The other dishes not so.
