Bidra med feedbackIt's great to have a Hokkaido Marche restaurant here. The food is delicious and truly authentic! Hopefully there will be even more options to choose from in the future.
Located in the heart of the shopping district at 313 Somerset in Singapore, this restaurant offers a wide variety of Japanese dishes to satisfy any palate. Children particularly enjoy the Tonkotsu ramen and Katsu Don, but the curry is also delicious. The portion sizes are just right and the prices are reasonable. Don't forget to stop by after shopping at Dondon Donki to experience authentic Japanese cuisine in a welcoming ambiance.
It's like a Japanese version of a food court with restaurant prices. There are plenty of seating options available. Even though I came during peak hours and it was quite busy, it was still easy to find a seat. I purchased some tempura and udon from the stall, and the service was decent. The tempura was delicious and well-priced, with good quality. I especially enjoyed the tempura sauce. The kake udon was also tasty with flavorful soup. Overall, it's a good place to visit if you're in the area.
Despite baring the 'Marche ' name, this is just a food court that only sells Japanese food, thought initially to be part of DD Donki 's since they are side by side. The Pork Fillet Tonkatsu set that I had was good though I would have prefer the meat to be thicker cut. Their prices are misleadingly cos the rice soup are separately charge so what looks like a good deal at $13 ended up to be $17+. Still cheaper than those synonymous Tonkotsu chains, but just marginally.
