This was the first time I had ever encountered a situation like this one while writing a review for a restaurant magazine. It was quite astonishing. Making a simple reservation proved to be difficult, as I had a very unpleasant conversation with someone who responded rudely and was not open to any discussion (apparently, 8PM was too late for a reservation). Ultimately, I was abruptly told to go elsewhere. I gathered that this restaurant did not value its customers. As delicious as their pizzas may be, a restaurant should always be a welcoming place. Needless to say, I decided to leave before even trying their food.

Some magazines have ranked this pizzeria as the best in Brussels, but can a pizzeria without a wood fire oven truly be considered top-notch? While the pizza is good, it is a bit on the expensive side and the service leaves much to be desired. Each visit feels like a circus act, with the boss seating you next to strangers, forgetting your orders, and even throwing your pizza in the trash if you dare to ask for something more than once. This lack of hospitality is not a one-time occurrence; we have experienced it multiple times. Overall, the service here lacks any sense of friendliness and leaves much to be desired.

I discovered the restaurant two days ago, the olives had a delicate flavor, the service was fast and efficient, the quality of the products was irreproachable and the pizzas absolutely excellent, dare say, out of competition! their generous size made it impossible to finish them on site, we were offered to take the remaining parts, which was done. the tiramisu has perfectly closed this delicious experience.
