Los Tulipanes - Sioux Center

This is one of the best small Mexican restaurants I've experienced in the Midwest, right in Sioux Center, IA of all places. The food is authentic and delicious, and the prices are very reasonable, especially for margaritas by the pitcher. The restaurant was packed, and while the three wait staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and the service was slow, it was definitely worth the wait. There was no Mexican music playing, so we used Spotify on our phone to set the mood ourselves. Be sure to order the tacos—they are delicious and remind me of the ones we had in Mexico.

The food was excellent and arrived promptly after we placed our order. The staff was very attentive. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
