Agua Fresh - Sioux Falls

The service at this restaurant was fantastic, but unfortunately the food did not live up to expectations. I ordered the Mediterranean grain bowl and found it to be lacking in flavor. Despite this, I finished the meal because it was quite expensive at $13. I was not impressed with the quality or portion size, especially considering the restaurant's high ratings and positive reviews. Overall, my experience was just mediocre.

During our visit to this restaurant, it was very crowded, so we anticipated a wait for our food. We ordered two ham and cheese sandwiches and waited patiently for about 45 minutes. However, we became suspicious when others with larger orders received their food before us. When we inquired about our order, we were informed that it had not even been started yet. The restaurant was making orders based on what they thought was easiest, rather than in the order they were received. This method of operation was illogical. Our simple order should have been prepared earlier, especially considering it required minimal effort. Despite speaking with the staff, it took an additional 15 minutes to receive our order. In total, we spent $22 and waited one hour for two sandwiches, a bag of chips, and a vitamin water. It was a disappointing experience and we have no plans to return.

Agua Fresh is my GO TO lunch place both for myself and to bring friends along. They are the perfect addition to downtown with a super cute atmosphere. All of the workers are very nice, we have Caden the most and he is always super attentive to whatever we need. Can't wait to stop by for smoothies this summer! The chicken pesto is in my picture and is my favorite!!

Ozzy was so helpful. He has a warm and inviting energy that makes all The menu options more manageable. Thank you for making my breakfast in Sioux Falls wonderful.
