Khorasan Kabob House - Sioux Falls

We were unable to dine at this restaurant due to it being very busy. Upon entering, we noticed a collection of neatly stacked rugs to the left of the register and kitchen. The dining area was small with two larger tables for bigger groups. The gentleman who greeted us promptly informed us that there might be a wait and apologized for not having space for us. He was very welcoming and friendly. When we inquired about reservations to the older lady working the register, who was busy entering orders, she did not make eye contact and informed us that they do not take reservations. Although not as friendly as the gentleman, her demeanor was understandable given how busy she was. We reviewed the menu and only the meal for four caught our interest. Since we were a family of 8, we would have needed to order two of them at a total cost of $150, which was slightly above our budget. Despite this, we would like to return to try the food as it looked and smelled delicious.

First time in Sioux Falls, found this gem. We walked into the restaurant, the owner/cook saw my wife with hijab and knew we Muslim, told us that they will substitute our sides with halal options. 5-stars all the way! May Allah bless them.

This food was amazing. The kabobs were delicious as was the hummus, garlic naan and all the lamb dishes and butter chicken. Kids would love it here too.

My son requested dinner from this restaurant for his birthday. It says here and on the website that online ordering is available. So everyone decided what they wanted and I went to order. I used Caviar because it is listed and the other options listed didn’t seem to work. When I arrived to pick up my order, the employee tried to hand me a menu, so I repeated myself, saying that I ordered ahead online. He said they don’t accept orders online. I showed him the confirmation of my order. He said that wasn’t his problem. I showed him the restaurant’s website where it says you can order online and lists the apps you can use. He said that’s not his problem. There’s a decal on the front door with one of the apps listed! They took my money but wouldn’t give me any food. If that’s not a scam, I don’t know what is!! Please don’t give them your business, they are scammers!!!

Was on our way home to Idaho, stop for dinner, all the food we ate was very good! The stake was tender and the other dishes were wonderful!
