Northstar Grill Pub - Sioux Falls

We parked overnight at Flying J, and since Denny's was closed, we decided to walk the 0.7 miles to Northstar, and we're so glad we did! Rachael was our bartender, and she was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I'm somewhat picky with my orders, and everything came out just perfect! My partner had the open-faced prime rib sandwich while I had the Hawaiian burger, and both were so tasty! Our food arrived quickly, hot, and delicious! We also had the pleasure of meeting Olivia, who was a delight! If you're ever in Sioux, you definitely need to stop here. Keep up the great work, Damen!

My friend and I absolutely love this place! We visited on a Friday evening for dinner, and it wasn’t crowded at all. We were served really quickly. The fries are fantastic, and the burgers are large and delicious—definitely a 10/10! We will definitely be returning!

What a fantastic hidden gem of a diner! I stopped by this afternoon since it was on my way, and I've been wanting to check it out for a while. The owner is the nephew of some friends from church. The service was incredibly friendly, and the food was both plentiful and delicious. I'm not usually a fan of fries, but I have to say, I really enjoyed them! The hint of black pepper was just perfect. We both had enough food for two meals—such generous portions!

Dipping for lunch is a brise here. maria beth is a attentive server and I enjoy the hot bark. the kartoffels could be a little better, but otherwise I had no problem with any of the dishes here. I love the cheeseburger suppe. the grilled cheese is my favorite to dip in it.

My wife and I have gotten carry out from Northstar twice now and have been really impressed with the quality and quantity of the food. We ordered burgers, wraps, and the fish and chips. Portions were generous, the burgers were huge, and all for a really reasonable price. In a world of restaurants that are raising prices and reducing the amount of food you get Northstar isn’t one of them. The staff is also really friendly and quick to acknowledge I’m there for carry out and process my payment. They are quickly becoming our go-to destination for carry out. We live nearby and are really glad we found them. Judging by how full the restaurant is this gem has a following! We highly recommend Northstar!
