Taco Bell - Sioux Falls

This review is for the location on 12th Street, just east of I-29. I often visit for lunch, and although there is usually a long line, they manage to get through it fairly quickly. The accuracy of orders is impressive—I can't remember the last time my order was wrong—especially when many fast-food places seem to get orders wrong about half the time. The food appears fresh, and the staff member taking orders speaks clearly and is knowledgeable about the menu. If you enjoy Taco Bell, this is a great spot for lunch. I can't comment on the afternoon or evening service.

Haha! This Taco Bell is conveniently located near my home, so I've visited it quite a few times. Over the years, I've experienced some amusing mishaps here—it seems to be a bit of a trend! However, the food is usually correct and pretty good. I can't say I've ever had my toppings grilled to the outside of my burrito before; that definitely made for an interesting on-the-go meal! Who came up with that idea? Still, it's better than Taco John's, whose taco meat deserves only 2 stars. The only redeeming factor for them is their Potato Olés. Hey Taco Bell, I’d give you a fourth star if you brought back the Mucho Grande Nachos loaded with a half-pound of toppings. Those were the best!

Staff can really make or break the fast food experience, and this place got it just right. Everything was prepared quickly and assembled with great care. All the items looked appealing and well-presented, rather than a chaotic jumble.

I truly enjoy Taco Bell! I love the convenience of being able to order online or at the kiosk; I was surprised by the variety of options available. The Mountain Dew Baja Blast is amazing, and the Cheesy Gordita Crunch is definitely my favorite!

I won't be returning. I went there specifically for the Mexican pizzas and spent $21 for four, only to get a disappointing mess. The staff member didn’t seem to care and handed me the bag on its side with just one handle. I've been cooking for years, and I've never seen such a lack of respect for customers. Handing over this for $21 is unacceptable.
