Grillhouse Makis - Siteia

Food was tasty, and very reasonably priced. We enjoyed a Greek salad and gyros with cold beer. They served the beer with frozen glasses, and presentation of food was good. Service also friendly. For a place on the water, we felt it was a great deal.

Great food with great prices, also right next to the beach with great views

Probably the best souvlaki you can get in Makrys Gialos. The meat in gyros and souvlaki was spectacular and very tasty. Great view too! They should add extra waiters since they're so busy but you can see they're all doing their best.

The restaurant has a great location right on the seafront and overlooking the sea. You can sit inside and outside directly by the sea. The staff is very nice and attentive. The menu has a wide range of Greek dishes, mainly grilled dishes. The prices are very affordable for this great location right by the sea. We had half a chicken and a portion of gyros. Both dishes arrived quickly and were very good. The portions were large. The half chicken was very deliciously seasoned and grilled until crispy. The gyro was also crispy and very well seasoned. Nevertheless, the meat was tender. The tzatziki tasted like it was homemade with nice fresh garlic. There was also a plate of fruit as a free dessert. There are some free parking spaces available in the restaurant, which is rare here in this location. There is a larger, free public parking lot 100 meters further.
