Fresh ingredients and the location in front of the sea is amazing!

We had one lunch menu with fish, 3 cheese, 3 charcuteries and the almond cake. The fish, the almond cake and charcuteries was all just perfect. The bread basket we got served was boring. The cheese were all great in taste but we felt like there could have been a bit more, honestly. Great selection of drinks and a cozy location.

Delicious, healthy, locally produced food in a pleasant environment. Don’t be put off by the line, it moved quickly and was very worth it. Highly recommended!!

This place is well worth a detour, as it sits in a rather isolated village along the southern coast of Skåne. Between 11:30 and 16:30, the concept is rather simple but cool. Each person at the table chooses the source of protein (meat, fish or vegan option) and then everything is brought to the table on a tray: fresh bread, butter, salad, pickles and sauces. Everything taste really good and the service was swift and incredibly kind. What I tired was the slowly roasted pork belly coated in wild garlic and the smoked pollock, really really good. We also tired some cookies and a fantastic mud cake together with coffe. The lunch costs only 150 sek, really fair given what was included and the peculiar environment! Recommended!
