They charged my card twice. I never upgraded my order or gave permission to be charged twice, that's stealing Herms just in case you didn't know.
This palace is awesome. Food is delicious. My son ordered his hot dog with only ketchup. Owner told me to start raising my kids right. He then added a ketchup frown face on the dog. I'd like to apologize here and we will start Lucca on the Chicago style dog program. We'll be better next time Herm. Thanks for the food.
Great food and service. Definitely recommend visiting if you’re nearby. Love the mural as well!
